By using MeshUp, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Who can use MeshUp

You must be at least 18 years old to use MeshUp. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you will comply with applicable laws and these terms.

3. Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account secure. Do not share your login credentials with others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Community Guidelines.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use MeshUp to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Misrepresent your identity or intentions
• Sell, recruit, spam, or promote products or services
• Engage in any illegal or abusive activity
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit the platform

5. In-person events and meetups

MeshUp facilitates connections between users and activity providers. Participation in in-person events is at your own risk. MeshUp is not responsible for the conduct of users, hosts, or third parties at events. Use good judgment and follow our Community Guidelines and any venue or host rules.

6. User content

Any content you submit to MeshUp, including profile information and chat messages, must be accurate and must not violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms

7. Intellectual property

The MeshUp platform, branding, and content we provide are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or exploit them without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

MeshUp is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in events.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
